Deposit Policy

 Reservations are suggested and may be made using MasterCard, Visa, or a personal check.

All INTERNATIONAL reservations must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.

All USA reservations a deposit of 50% is required to reserve all sites and must be paid at the time the reservation is made.   All balances are due upon registration.  There are NO REFUNDS for any reason once you have checked in.  All transactions are final. The State of Maine has a 7% lodging tax that will be added to the rates stated above.

For holiday reservations, all site fees must be paid at the time the reservation is made. Holiday reservations include Memorial Day weekend, July 4th week, and Labor Day weekend. There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations made at anytime prior to the arrival date of a holiday.

Seasonal Sites: The seasonal rate can be paid in full in January; in quarters beginning with March, June, September and December; or in 12 monthly payments.

Cancellation Policy

Holiday Cancellations

No REFUND is allowed for cancellation of a holiday reservation any time prior to arrival date. Holidays include Memorial Day, July 4th week, and Labor Day.

All Other Cancellations

Cancellations received 45 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund, except for holiday reservations (see above). Cancellations received 44 to 16 days prior to arrival date will be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee that is deducted from the deposit. Cancellations received 15 days or less prior to arrival date will receive NO REFUND.

Changes in dates any closer than 45 days prior to arrival will be charged a $15.00 change fee.

We do have off season rates from May 1 to June 23 and from September 19 to
November 1.
