There are a couple of areas that are set up for seasonal units. The 1st area is Orchard Loop that has 11 sites and is close enough to hear and smell the salt air, but just around the corner from cooler breezes in the Spring and Fall. 

Surrounded by trees with views of the Lily Pond, these sites have water, 50 amp electric and sewer hook up.

All the sites provide shade but enough sun for growing flowers and a vegetable garden.

The 2nd area is on the Road to Nowhere.  These sites do not have septic but do have water and electric.  There is a bath house close by and we do have a honey wagon for an additional fee.

Prices range from $2,000 to $3,500. per season plus 9% tax.
