Deposit Policy

Reservations may be made using any major credit card or a personal check.

 All site reservations, except cabins, are inclusive of 4 people and 2 pets for the nightly rate. If you are traveling with more people or more pets, there is a cost of $7.00 for each person or pet per day for the length of your stay.

Cabin reservations are inclusive of up to 4 people and 1 dog.

MAKING A RESERVATION

 

  • A deposit of 50% is required to reserve all sites at the time the reservation is made from within the USA.
  • Checks must be received within 10 days of making the reservation
  • The Balance of the reservation is due upon arrival
  • The State of Maine has 9% lodging tax that will be added to all reservations
  • all reservations are charged a three dollar fee.



 

INTERNATIONAL RESERVATIONS

 

  • All international reservations are expected to be paid in full when making the reservation
